Tally-Ho Playing Cards were introduced in 1885 by Andrew Dougherty, one of the earliest American card manufacturers, and are still available today. Dougherty was a major innovator in playing card history, introducing features like indices, Jokers, and rounded corners to playing cards. 

The brand is recognised for its unique designs, including an early Ace of Spades and different Jokers. The "tally-ho" phrase, derived from British fox hunting, is a shout used when a rider sees the fox. Dougherty's sons continued his business until it was purchased by the US Playing Card Company in 1907.
