We collect and store your name, email, phone and address only. We do not store (and never will) your payment or credit card details - we use payment providers that do that for us so we don't have to.
We collect your information when you place an order or open an account to for two reasons. 1. To contact you to provide further information about despatch and to pass on to our delivery companies to ensure your items are delivered as expected. We also keep records of orders to provide tax and accounting history for HMRC and for VAT purposes.
We will provide your details to the the postage company you chose to make your delivery on our behalf. The payment gateway that you choose to place your order with us will also hold your details independently from us. We have never and will never share your details with anyone else without your express consent. We also send anonymous data points to Google Analytics to allow us to understand our website and improve it for you, such as product name, pages visited and length of time spent.
You can ask to see the information we have about you. You can also ask us to change or delete it. If you have signed up to our newsletter, you can opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link.
We provide payment options which ensure we do not ever see (or store) your card details. We secure our website and checkout with a 256-bit encryption. Until your order has been despatched to you, we reserve the right to cancel your order at any time, for any reason - this includes suspicion of fraud, pricing errors and other reasons.
We take fraud attempts very seriously, all attempts (usually failed) at fraudulent transactions will be reported as Cyber Crime to Action Fraud.

When you place an order to purchase from JP GAMES Ltd we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and the details of your order.
Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send email confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you (the "Dispatch Confirmation Email").
That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you and not before. We reserve the right to refund any order we may suspect to be in any way fraudulent. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation Email to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.

In summary, the contract with you is not live until such time as we have sent you a despatched confirmation email.
