Royal Mail 1st Class. Delivery is an average of 1-3 Working Days, but can sometimes be longer. This service includes delivery confirmation only.
Royal Mail Tracked. We provide two service speeds, 1-2 Working Days or 2-3 Working Days. This service includes SMS/Email tracking updates from Royal Mail and allows for a neighbour or safe place to be designated in your absence.

Royal Mail Tracked & Signed. Delivery time is 5-9 working days within Europe and 6-14 for the rest of the world. This service requires a signature upon delivery. Your parcel will usually be passed over to your postal service upon arrival in the destination country. Free international delivery is no longer possible due to the number of parcels returned to us as not collected by customers, sorry folks. Though we do still subsidise the prices so we're still providing a discount.
Royal Mail Tracked. The fastest Royal Mail service at 3-7 working days in Europe and 4-9 working days internationally. This service is not available to all countries and provides tracking only, no signature is required Your parcel will usually be passed over to your postal service (or GLS) upon arrival in the destination country.
DHL: Currently only available to Europe and a small number of other countries, we are working on expanding this. Delivery time is 2 working days.

Delivery Terms & Conditions
By ticking the box at checkout, you are acknowledging you have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions.
DESPATCH: Orders are usually despatched the same day if ordered by 3PM or the next business day if after 3PM. Larger orders may be delayed by 24 hours to ensure security checks are completed. On rare occasions we may request that we deliver to your payment address only.
DELAYS: In the unlikely event of loss or delay, Royal Mail require us to wait 15 Working days before investigating UK parcels (for Tracked this is 5 Working Days. For European parcels, the wait is 20 working days & the rest of the World 25 Working Days.
DAMAGE: We make every possible effort to ensure all orders arrive in immaculate condition, but if you feel your item has been damaged in transit please email us ASAP with a photo, where possible we will replace the damaged item.
RETURNS: We understand that on occasion you may want to return items, so if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item. A return label will be provided for free for UK customers only. The original postage (if paid for) will not be refunded. Customers in the EU have the right to withdraw from purchase within 7 working days of the date the item is delivered. Please ensure the items are unused and sealed, packaged securely and sent back to us (address can be found here).
GOVERNMENT TAXES: Should you reside outside of the European Union ALL customs and duty tax that may be charged by your government are your sole responsibility, we have no control over these taxes.
