Olympia is an original set of American playing cards designed by Steve Minty and produced by the United States Playing Card Company (USPCC). The deck is inspired by the fascinating stories of Greek Gods and their deeds.
Olympia blends the classical beauty of Greek Sculptures with the elegant and sleek lines of modern design. In Steve's words: spent countless hours as a child devouring their stories about love, betrayal, death, vengeance and the heroic deeds within Greek Mythology. I couldn't help but be fascinated by the these stories and it is something that I am very proud of being exposed to.
Raised in LA, Steve Minty has spent all of his life in the pursuit of the arts. With multiple design and illustration awards to his name, Minty is out to dominate the world one design at a time.
Previously doing branding and design for major sport stars,Steve felt his work become stale and souless and began to re-evaluate his life. He came to the conclusion that he was happiest when he did my own thing, and his hugely popular cards are a result of this shift.
