Lunatica is a series of playing cards by Thirdway Industries and created by Italian designer Giovanni Meroni and features neon colours on faces and backs.
Lunatica’s main theme is the Moon - but this theme has two faces. The most obvious is the mythological and astral aspect of the Earth’s satellite. The hidden face is the psychologic aspect: the Moon is also the symbol of the mercurial human emotion, that can change from sadness to happiness in a blink of an eye.
Printed by the United States Playing Card Company, Lunatica was voted the deck with the 'best use of colour' by United Cardists members in 2018.
