In the process of finding the ultimate travel deck material, over 50 different high end plastic materials were tried and tested. After rigorous testing we finally ended up with a premium ‘casino quality’ PVC with all the properties they were seeking in a travel deck.
This deck contains the classic 52 playing cards and 2 jokers you'd expect but measures a mere 87 by 32mm. Waterproof and washable, these cards have premium protective matte varnish and are made from extra durable premium PVC. Featuring a slightly textured on both side and housed in a waterproof deluxe tuck box each deck weighs only 75g.

The idea for the original Air Deck was conceived by fellow globetrotters Ursus Negenborn and Rune Kippervik while traveling South East Asia. We love playing cards, and we just couldn’t find a deck that was perfect for carrying at all times. As we’re big fans of optimisation, we decided to create the ultimate playing cards for travelers ourselves.
