These decks mark the second phase of the Eye Of the Ocean from Stockholm17. An "archaeofantasy" project where he has drawn inspiration from pieces of history, religion, myths, and legends, weaving them into the fabric of this ancient sailing island.

The three names (Gibborim, Malakim and Nephilim) are found in the Old Testament when the sacred scriptures recount the chronicles of the human beings interacting with these mythical entities. Even if the decks are called with these ancient Hebrew names, the project is not based on religion.

Three decks of cards bear the names of ancient bloodlines that once inhabited the Eye of the Ocean—a megalithic sailing island, the venerable guardian of the seas from a bygone, antediluvian era.

The three decks share the same faces and are exquisitely illustrated, including custom court cards in vibrant colours, while the backs vary in design and detail with a cold-foil application in several hues. The tucks are simply stunning and need to be seen to be fully appreciated.

Lorenzo is not a card player or a gambler but simply loves to design this timeless item; each deck is a small world that tells a story through 54 cards.
