Please note that large, fragile or higher value items are available only via DHL for international delivery. Orders are usually despatched the same day if ordered by 3pm or the next business day if after, though larger orders may be delayed to complete security checks.
UK
All parcels that do not fit through the letter box now require a signature. Each includes SMS or email notifications and the ability to add a neighbour as an alternative can be done directly via the tracking once the parcel has been scanned by Royal Mail.

Europe
For orders going to the EU, Norway & Switzerland; VAT will be collected at checkout. No further payment will be required prior to delivery.
- DHL ECONOMY - 3-5 Working Days £16 - FREE for orders over £250.
- DHL EXPRESS - 1-3 Working Days £26*
- Royal Mail - 6-10 Working Days £8-10**

United States, Canada & Australia
- DHL EXPRESS - £26. Orders £150+ - £20.
- Royal Mail - 6-10 Working Days £10-£15**
**Orders under £150 only. Orders despatched by Royal Mail are typically delivered by your countries postal service. US & Canadian orders despatched via DHL include all taxes, duties and tariffs.
Rest Of The World
The DHL delivery options below are available to Israel, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, China, HK, Taiwan, Singapore, Japan & South Korea only.
- DHL EXPRESS - 3-6 Working Days. £28 Orders over £150 - £20.
- Royal Mail. 10-20 Working Days £10-£15 Orders under £150 only.
Argentina, Brazil, Chile, India, Malaysia, Philippines, Mexico, New Zealand, Thailand & South Africa are also available via Royal Mail and are typically delivered by your countries postal service.
Please note that because we do not despatch large or fragile items such Monopoly Heirloom or the Vortex Dome, these items are not currently available at checkout for these countries. Please contact us for a DHL quote if you'd like to order.
