Calaveras Playing Cards

This is the definitive second edition of the deck that started it all for Dead On Paper. Calaveras playing cards are inspired by and pay homage to Jose Posada, a famous Mexican printmaker who worked at the time of the Mexican Revolution.

All artwork is hand drawn by artist Chris Ovdiyenko of Dead On Paper. Calaveras Playing Cards honours the traditions and work of Posada in a premium deck of playing cards with rich printing and a classic DoP foil finished tuck.

 ABOUT THE BRAND   DEAD ON PAPER

In 2013, Chris Ovdiyenko launched the original Calaveras deck on kickstarter, together with his wife Adria, Chris launched Dead On Paper shortly after to expand their brand and have subsequently expanded their range and brand. Dead On Paper have been responsible for some huge releases such as the arcana tarot and oracle playing cards.
