Payment FAQs

Q - Which payment methods do you accept? A - We will accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Amazon Payments. Please ensure Amazon Payments is used for GBP only.

Q - Do you store credit card details?
A - No, one of our policies is to use payment methods which means we don't ever see your card details. At checkout when you pay via credit or debit card your details are secured only by the payment processor used. Amazon Payments, Paypal or Stripe. We believe these options represent the best security for both the customer and for us.

A - Please visit payments.amazon.co.uk and log in using the Amazon account you completed your purchase with, your transactions will appear on that site.
