The National Card Co. began producing the 1001 Aladdin in the so-called "Dome Back" design back in the 1880s, and the U.S. Playing Card Company continued to print this design after taking over National until the 1930s, when it was discontinued. This is a reprint from 2011 in their Kentucky factory. The back design is reminiscent of a spirograph, and the rich, deep colours are very similar to those of the popular decks by the Wynn Casino.
Featuring standard Bicycle faces, this is a poker size deck great for home card games and cardistry alike. Each deck includes 52 cards, 2 jokers, one card with a blank face, and another card that gives a brief history of the Aladdin playing card. The cards are printed on Bicycle's Air Cushion Finish.
